TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE COMPETITION
1. This competition is open to all persons aged 18 and over with a current valid driving license except win-a-car.info employees or members of their immediate family, agents or any other person who is connected with the creation or administration of this competition.
2. By entering this competition the entrant will be deemed to have read and understood these rules and to be bound by them and by any other requirements set out in any related promotional material. The competition is governed by English Law and any matters relating to the competition will be resolved under English Law and the Courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction. In the event of playing this competition online, by accepting these terms and conditions you confirm that you are not breaching any laws in your country of residence regarding the legality of entering our competitions. The Promoter will not be held responsible for any entrant entering any of our competitions unlawfully. 6. The winner will be notified at the address or telephone number given in the contact details within 20 days of the closing date of the relevant competition. Any entrant may check the results of competitions completed within the last 12 months at our website www.win-a-car.info
7. The winner will be required to send a copy of their passport and driving license to the Promoter to confirm their identity, age, and they are legally allowed to drive.
8. During the course of the competition the promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize up to the same value.
9. Acceptance of the prize by the winner gives the Promoter the right to use the prize-winner’s name, personal photograph and home country for promotional purposes, both immediately after their win and in the future, unless prohibited by law.
